Our website is for reference only and may not reflect the most current information available. Current tax year information is updated after notices of appraised value are mailed to the taxpayer, usually by May 1st
How do I remove my name from the CCAD property search?
Except for those who qualify for the mandatory confidentiality under Section 25.025, Tax Code, the appraisal roll is considered public information.
How do I request confidentiality under Section 25.025, Tax Code?
You may download the “Request for Confidentiality” form from our forms page. Send your completed form to our mailing address. If you own more than one property, please provide each property address to ensure confidentiality. CCAD records will be promptly updated to reflect confidentiality.
